The high low and median sales in 2007 were $1,350,000, $53,000, and $181,250 respectively and in 2008 they were $1,650,000, $84,460, and $181,250.
It looks great to see the average sale price increase so much but what really tells the story of the Grand Haven area is the median sale price which remained flat.
